Custom shoelaces, made to order

Our shoelace makeover service is a fun gift experience for anyone who wears shoes. The end result is the perfect pair of handmade shoelaces, made precisely to the recipient's desired length and style preferences. Out of the ordinary and absolutely delightful!

What are the laces made out of?

Our laces are made from recycled fiber. The yarn we use was unwound from discarded knitwear by Reunion Yarn Company. We use strong natural fibers, like cotton and silk.

Are the laces durable?

Yes. These are rope-style laces, spun from a combination of plies. They have more friction than plastic laces. We have been wearing them for a while now and they're holding up great.

Will the recipient know I sent it to them?

During checkout, click the gift icon and you can enter the recipient's email. They will get an email notifying them of the gift once you purchase it.

Can the recipient choose exactly what colors they want?

They can pick from the curated collection of laces we have in stock, usually about 10 - 20 styles. We're always making new colors! If they don't see something they love then they can wait and check in later.

How long does the recipient have to redeem their makeover?

3 months from the date of purchase. If it is not redeemed within a month, we will send you an email so you can bug them about it. Another email will be sent after 2 months passes. Once 3 months have elapsed, the code is disabled and cannot be used.

Are there any refunds?

Once the gift envelope is dispatched to the recipient's address, we cannot accept a refund.
